The Regional (Permian Basin) Adult Protective Services (APS) Advisory Board is dedicated to providing resources that assist APS with protecting elderly and disabled individuals from abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
To help raise funds for these services, the Advisory Board is hosting their fourth annual Festival of Trees event on November 2026. The event will be family-friendly and a kickoff to the holiday season.
